2012 Platinum and now 2023 Limited Hybrid TRD OffRoad

Has anyone traded hoods to get rid of the Hood Moulding holes? I don't want the Hood Moulding nor the holes left behind if removed from my Hybrid Limited TRD Off Road.

There are holes under the iforce max badge on the hood?

I thought it was just glued or double sided taped on.
