Has anyone had their pro suspension rebuilt yet? Fox recommends 50k miles but mine are at 80k and still looking good but they'll need it soon. I called Fox and they're looking at a 12-15 day turn around which won't work as this is my daily driver. Anyone have any luck with a shop in south/central Tx?

Not necessarily, if majority of your driving is 95% hwy/city miles you can go to 80k+ miles on them and they’ll still be good. I believe the 50k interval is if you off-road a good bit.

Did any of you actually get them rebuilt? And what was the cost at the time?

Pulling them apart and changing all the seals and oil, and outer piston wear bands too. Bushings too if they're toast

About 8K miles on my TRD Pro Fox's. Love them so far. Currently on 17" 0 offset Methods with 35x12.5 E range AT3's. Thing floats over bumps like a cloud compared to my stock Platinum black coil overs/rear shocks.

Are you sure they're the Fox ones? I think Billstein made the TRD Pro suspension until like 2019 iirc.

Did you have to send the fox shocks to Fox for rebuild or can they send a rebuild kit to you?

    Talk to Accutune...

Icon says if you drive offroad every day and only offroad, you rebuild every 1k miles...(hilarious!), mostly on-road and some offroad, rebuild every 15k miles, pavement queen, rebuild every 45k miles...I rebuilt my Icons I have on my 4th gen 4runner and though it rode fine, after the rebuild, it was somehow 100x better than I could have imagined...better than I remember when they were new...nonetheless, if they can be rebuilt, they WILL require to be rebuilt despite what brand they are...

    Damned "fine print!"

what’s the cost in labor to take off fox, replace with oem, take off oem, and replace again with fox? I was quoted over $800 to replace current setup with fox, so you’re paying $1600 in labor every time you want to rebuild them on top of rebuild charges. Might be easier to go with something non rebuildable next time, this is an expensive hassle

They honestly take an hour each side to remove yourself...no fancy tools needed...unless you call a stool fancy ;)

If you can take them off yourself and get them to the shop, your saving a lot money! Labor is very proud now days!
