Many people dream of owning a ferrari, or some other sports car - but for me, my Tundra is my dream vehicle - which makes me damn lucky.

Being outdoors, and exploring were the things I enjoyed most as a kid - and that hasn't changed. My truck is the vehicle that makes doing that possible. All my upgrades are geared towards that end.

    A little history:
I'm the original owner of this 2014 Tundra. I bought it in 2013 as the first gen 2.5 models were arriving at dealerships. Mine was the first one that the dealership had gotten in stock.

After buying it, within weeks I had installed a ReadyLift 3inch / 2inch spacer lift, and as of time writing this has over 100,000 miles on it.

When my office moved locations early in my truck ownership, the lift left me in a tenuous place - If i put larger tires on, then I wasn't going to fit into the parking garage. So I've been rocking the stock size tires the trucks whole life. In the upcoming tire change, I'll finally get to go bigger. I'm probably going with the BFG K02's I had those on my pathfinder, and had great wear, and offroad performance.

    Truck Purposes:

Daily Driver (though less daily now that I'm fully WFH)
    Moderate Offroading
    Towing Camper (24ft / 7000lbs dry)

    Upcoming Upgrades:
    • I'm currently doing a Chrome Delete & Debadge, and preparing to wrap the truck in matte green.
    • I want to upgrade from the front spacers to a coilover lift - but need something that will support the extra weight in the front end.
    • Skid plates from RCI
    • New lightbar
    • Prinsu Roof Rack
    • Solar on Cap

My "overlanding" setup for truck camping.

    Lots more to come!

Looking good. Why do you have 2 signal boosters?

I run a Peplink Max BR 1 which has MIMO antenna inputs, so having the two separated by multiple wavelengths helps clean up the cellular signal. I have to have great internet when I'm remote, so I went a little overboard :)

Good lucking truck.. Put LED headlights on you to do list. I did on my 2014 and it is one of the best upgrades I have done.

Yeah, the stock headlights really aren't bright at all - I have been thinking about LEDs... I feel like I can never have enough light. Hit a deer last october at 4am - didnt' see the thing until it was nearly in front of me.

I did upgrade the bulbs in the fogs recently to LEDs and they are so much brighter now, and the aux lights in my grill are new (used to have PIAA lights there that were not at all bright). I think the bumper needs a light bar too :)

Finnally installed the rci front skid plate when changing my oil. Glad to not have to drop the factory plate ever again!! Also shown here is the transmission / cat skid plate

Added a light strip that animates when you first turn it on to my hood. https://youtu.be/3qghCcC9Slg

Hooked it up to turn on when I unlock / open doors, and also when the headlights are on.
