Relatively hard thing to search for. Lots of results in the 2.5 forum, but so many in 1g forum.

Anyway, ever since day-1 my truck has had an issue with the fuel filler overflowing. I'm always playing the game of "how much fuel can I add" roulette.

I've heard a lot of different opinions about what it could be, but never really dug into it. I also would prefer to be able to test various fixes so I'm not throwing parts at the problem.

Where do I start to figure out this issue?

Inspecting your filler neck for holes is where I would start.

My 06 limited dc does the same thing . I have wondered if I damaged something when I pushed a siphon tube down to get lawn mower gas.
