How do I remove these? I’m installing a shell that’s bolted in tomorrow, and want to arrive prepared. How do I go about removing these? They seem very solid in there.

Most of those would have that eyelet extending to the bottom of the pocket, or with a nut on the other side of the plate. You'll need to shoot some pics from underneath to understand which it may be.

You may simply be able run a screwdriver into the eyelet and lift/spin it to break it free of the nut.

Most are basically an eyebolt through a rubber block you should be able to loosen the eyebolt by spinning counter clockwise. May require being able to hold the nut on the back to get it loose enough.

The block gets fatter as you tighten the bolt and wedges itself in the stakepocket space.

Any chance you want to get rid of those? I could use them.
