Hmmm does that thing convert the stock HU into CarPlay? The last thing I want to upgrade is the HU but if this just improves it

 

I recently installed the CARABC module, I found on Amazon. It looks nearly identical to what you posted. It was all plug and play. I drove around for 30 mins, uninstalled it and returned it. My main gripe was the sound playing through the module was 70% of what the stock system could do. The screen resolution was also poor, I think the module uses the reverse camera resolution so all the apps/text was a little fuzzy.

 

Never heard of this product but for the price it may be worth checking out if you’re not looking to upgrade the HU.
