Curious as to what everyone's edge of tint looks like when you roll down the window. I'll post pics of mine tomorrow morning, but I think the cut is unsat. You can't tell when the windows are rolled up, but once you roll any down partially there is a good 3/4" gap on the edges where the tint goes in the channel on the back windows and the front part of the front window. I had old tint removed that went all the way across and you couldn't see the edges, so I know it's possible. I went top of the line ceramic and paid over 4 times what the old tint cost but the fitment seems horrible to me. Pics in the morning.

Do I have a reason to be upset?

Brome deletes. Rims and tires. Front grill. Step bars. Bed over
It’s a sloppy job. I would take it elsewhere.

I'd take it back too, totally unacceptable unless you traded for a 6-pack.

I would take it back. I’ve had tint on my windows for decades, my recent installer for the past 15 years.. the edges look seamless.

I have to agree with above posts. I had all my sides and rear done at 5 percent, and you would never know it didn't come from the factory that way. There is maybe 1/16th edge at best, and that's so the tint isn't pinched when glass goes full up, closed. And what little edge there is, is perfectly even. When I say perfect edging, think computer perfect edges.

You got a really sloppy job, and I hope they correct it, if they even have the ability to. Most good tint shops would never have let it leave the shop in that shape. IMO

I also got a lifetime warranty. Any malfunction, is on them so long as I own the truck... point being... Get a good tint shop.

Good luck. Hope it works out, if not, find a better tint shop.

Agree with above, sloppy job. That is how most of the tint jobs on the dealer lots look. Unacceptable to me.

If the shop is reputable, it would be unacceptable to the owner/manager as well.

Thanks everyone. Have another appointment in a few days to have them looks at it. Crazy thing is the shop is rated 5 stars on Google with over 300 reviews. Hopefully they make it right.
