Hey guys. I bet your wondering “why not just buy the right lower control arms and ball joints for your specific model”? Well, I purchased a front end suspension kit for a 2006 Toyota Tundra instead on accident. Is there anybody who knows if it is possible to put on a (aftermarket moog) 2006 Toyota Tundra lower control arm and (oem) 2006 lower ball joints on my 2002 Toyota Tundra (both 4wd). I heard someone say you can get new tie rods on a video I watched (can’t recall when or where). Experienced mechanics/do it yourselfers please provide insight.

You'd have to change both your steering knuckle/spindles to the bigger bolt versions from later years.

There are many parts that are interchangeable, but the body style changed in 2006, so the suspension is a little diffenent
