OK who uses a turkey decoy and what brand? I have a Dave Smith upright hen but in the 10 years I've had it it hasn't helped at all. Not that I'm that great a turkey hunter but when you read the D.S. web site I kind of expected the turkeys to walk up and surrender. Regardless waiting until the end of April here in Pa. so we can get going.

Two (I think) feather flex decoys I got many years ago. Past few years has been bad as far as getting a turkey. They’re not a gobbler magnet. Had jakes walk around them already. Gobbler seeing them but wouldn’t come in. Maybe this year will be the year.A2EF306B-F7BD-40F0-A1C5-EF4631D4B7D6.jpg

A cardboard profile of the "potato-in-chief" might work perfectly.

I really like Avian-X decoys. I'm out Turkey hunting right now, they are lifelike enough that yesterday I had a red tail hawk attack my hen. It was freaking awesome!
