Visual differences - standard load vs LT Nitto Recon

    I’m looking at the Nitto Recon Grapplers 295/70R18 in standard load, they’re about 10 lbs lighter per tire than the E load range option and also less expensive. I know the tread depth isn’t as deep in the standard load, but does the tire look the same visually?
    For the life of me I cannot find a picture. Has anyone bought the SL recon grappler?

    Size isn’t the same however. Running 275/65/20
