are tudra 2004 v6 model and v8 model the same rear leaf srpings ?

    2004 tundra v6 4wd
    i need the replace a leaf spring on my '04 v6 4wd truk . i cant find it anywhere, in my local yunk yard there is a '03 2wd v8 with both leaf springs in good condition. can i swap them ? idk if all the 01-05 tundras share the same chasis and suspension , anybody know ?

    You didn't list what cab, that can be important too. With V6, I'll assume reg/ext cab, not dbl cab. If I'm wrong, let me know.

    OEM part numbers are 482200C040 (left) and 482100C040 (right) and it's looking like, if I use Toyota's online parts system, I can get them for pickup around $650-675/ea at a couple of local dealerships. One of the dealerships is giving less discount. The compatibility for these is showing a lot of trucks 2000-2004 but again, you're not telling us enough about the donor truck to know. Too little info to help.

    Since nobody should buy auto parts from places plagued with counterfeit parts like scAmazon and fleaBay, you can take those part numbers and plug into the search at RockAuto to find a compatible new replacement, only because, unless the donor truck has less than 100-150k miles on it, you're probably buying worn out leafs anyway.

    I know some folks are running Alcan packs, and there are at least one or two other decent-quality compatible replacements on the market, depends on your budget.
