Driver seat adjustments

Seems the adjustment to my driver seat that extends the depth of the seat is not working.

It was working intermittently at first but now not at all.

Anyone have this issue, and could it be disabled based on other seat settings I may have configured?

Is yours a 1794 or Capstone? on our 1794 it works all the time, have not seen any ability to disable it. Sounds like a dealer call on yours

 

My platinum had the same issue, waranty took a week for parts to come in but they pretty much replaced the whole seat.
