We just attempted to purchase a TRD skid plate and received this from the website:

"This doesn't fit a 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum Crew Cab Pickup 4-Door 3.5L 3445CC V6 MILD HYBRID EV-GAS (MHEV) DOHC Turbocharged"

toyota dealer on eBay ( happy to look at other recommendations).

In previous threads discussed, owners with trucks equipped with auto deploying air dams successfully installed skid plates with no complications. So, did something change?

My 1794 hybrid TRD has the aluminum plate on it. I can’t imagine it wouldn’t fit.

Just had one delivered last night for the Platinum, will find out if the active air dam is an issue, but from the info I have received, it should be a go.

Just be aware that the TRD skid does make oil changes more of a PITA since it will need to be removed.

My understanding is that the difference in subframe on the hybrid versus non-hybrid is towards the back, not at the front where the TRD plate is installed. You should be good to go with your truck.
