I pick up a used TRD skid plate for my 2017 SR5 Tundra. Can someone tell me if I have all the hardware here and if I'm missing anything can I use any of the hardware from the stock skid plate?IMG_5536.jpg IMG_5535.jpg

Bilstein 5100's, Morimoto gen 2 XB headlights and fog lights, TRD sway bar and skid plates. Nothing else needed!
you can use the bolts up front from the stock plate, the rest will be whats shown in your photos. Looks like you're missing two bolts. Should be two in the middle, two at the back, and one in the center that uses the aluminum block.

You might want to go ahead and get a full hardware kit. Pricing varies depending on where you go, but it'll be between $85-120. PT938-34140-HW

I thought of that but it looked like many of the parts in the kit include rivots and some other things that are installed on the plate. I hate to throw away the money if I don't need them.

It might be overkill, but you're missing several spacers and bolts that aren't easy to find. Part of that includes the shim/washers that go on top of the rear crossmember. They're angled to match the slop on top of the crossmember and allow you to torque the bolts correctly. I have some of the spacers in my junk box from when I swapped to a fresh hardware kit (I was in the same boat as you, receiving only some of the hardware on a takeoff plate) that I'd be happy to send your way if you want to cover shipping, but you'll still be missing the top of the crossmember hardware.

If you've got the two longer rear bolts, that middle 'brace' box and the little screw that holds it in place, that's all you really need, you can re-use the existing bolts from your stock plate. Someone might notice if they're crawling around under there that they're black and not silver, gasp. But the bolt length is the same regardless, the TRD skidplate's only a little thicker.

Edit: Ahh yeah I forgot about those spacers to go atop the crossmember. I'd offer you mine if I can ever get ahold of a nut retention plate for my cat shields + TRD skidplate.

Here's a pic of the underside of mine brand new with the hardware it came with if it helps to visually compare to what you've got.

There are also 2 spacers at the front. I think they're around 1/4" thick.

The 2 bolts with the thick washers, do they go on the corners?

I did go to the dealer and they want $118 for the hardware kit. I contacted the guy I got the plate from and he is going to look and see if he still has the missing parts. I'm not feeling good about this.

I'd take that part number and search online might be able to get it cheaper.

Damn, for real I will go take the bolts out of my skidplate and get you measurements so you can just buy local stainless steel ones for $5 at Ace Hardware, there's no need to throw $100 away like that

Is there a different hardware kit used for Tundras that are lifted? I have a 3.5" Ironman lift on my 2017 SR5.

Is the ironman lift just a coilover lift? If so you're fine. If it's a bracket lift then no, the TRD plate won't work.

By any chance does anyone know that is the size and thread count for the nut on the two bolts on the rear of the skid plate facing the rear of the vehicle?
I need a replacement until my back order arrives. i found it was never there.
