vents/airflow not working reliably

Hi Folks - thanks for being here for troubleshooting.

I have 2021 tundra platinum. A month ago the air flow control stopped working (only be on defrost). A couple start / stop cycles with maybe 10 miles of driving for each and all was normal again. all good until this AM - the climate control screen was blank when starting (didn't light up, no ability to control anything in climate control, blower was off and fan control didn't work). I restarted 3x and no difference. Decided to drive to work as is and maybe 30 seconds on the screen came on like 'normal' but the blower is only on defrost again. I can control temp, Left/Right, fan speed, AC, recirc. etc but can not move off defrost to floor or vents for air flow control.

All stock so nothing done by me in/around controls behind dash.

Thoughts on this?

How can it be that you have no warranty? Did you already put that many miles in it?

 

18K a year isn't that much.

 

I guess if live in it, it's not. I am at 28500 in 32 months.
