https://youtu.be/S_TEmN49hcUSo I had bought a 2013 Avalon as a trade in for my tundra. The 2013 Avalon has 169k miles with it being a clear touring model so it’s got basically all the bells and whistles which I like but I had to give my tundra up but I maybe buying it back from the same dealership to which I sold it to.

I’m taking my tundra at a lost but everything will be fixed including the transmission, drive shaft etc… and to top it off I’m getting an extended power train warranty through Toyota for 3 yrs!

So in the end I come out losing but happy as a person can be. The Avalon has treated me well for the pass week but it’s going back to the dealership.

I have never been this attached to an object in my hole life, now a person was something that broke me down but I’m not giving up on my truck!

I don't understand. You traded in a Tundra for an Avalon, and now you want to trade back? How long has it been and why did you trade the Tundra in the first place? What year Tundra and why was the power train so messed up?

Reason I traded my tundra in for an Avalon is because my tundra had so many issues and rather than me fix it I figure trading it in would be better.

The tundra is a 2012 Rock warrior 5.7 4WD crew cab.

had transmission issue and no thanks to ammco they did not fix it right and they do not honor their warranty after I spent 7.3k with them for the same issue. Ammco has a so call 18 month 18 year warranty and I have been trying my best to get them to fix if bud ammco is a piece of crap company.

Never will trust them again for a transmission work much less an oil change.

Any how i wasn’t willing to spend more money so I finally traded in my truck and much to my surprise the Toyota dealership I traded it into is fixing everything and there willing to resell it to me at a lost to me.

You can not beat a tundra for 21k with only 129k miles so I am getting it back later this week or early next week.

Would it be more expensive to ask the dealer to fix the transmission and other complaints? I think I understand what you did here and I'm guessing you probably ran the numbers for the loaner and parts and labor, the dealer has to fix it up to turn it into selling condition but I guess if they do it internally like how you sold it to them then really they just have to pay the techs 30 an hour to fix up the truck with discounted parts is this correct?

Thanks. It feels better than ever. 2 yrs with it and hoping this time I can make it last longer than 2 yrs. I’m the 4th owner now, was 3rd but now the 4th and Atleast I know I will take care of the transmission and everything else going forward.
