Apple CarPlay Issue

Had everything set up fine and the toggle switch for CarPlay showed up for phone #1. I replaced that phone with phone #2 and successfully paired to phone #2. Now the display for phone #2 does not show the toggle switch to turn on CP for phone #2.

Has anyone had this issue?
