2023 Tundra assembly?

My Tundra is currently being assembled. How long is the process from the start of it being assembled to I actually get it?

 

If everything goes smoothly with no QC hold, it usually takes about 1-2 weeks to have it built and another 2 weeks for delivery. Once the truck built your dealership can get the permanent VIN and they can check the status in their dealer daily system.

 

I got the permanent VIN on mine on 1/30. Arrived today at the dealership.

 

usual build time is 1 day. but toyota tracks things differently. they can confirm the build order on one date and not do the actual build until days/weeks/months later.

my build confirm date was in august-2022 but actual build was pushed until dec-8-2022, but my allocation request was put into the system in may-2022 for that configuration.

a build confirm date just means toyota is going to build that specific config in the future so it can be allocated to a dealer that is wanting that particular build config
