Can anyone give some suggestions on pod lights for around $200-300? Also looking for a light bar for the lower section behind the grill. 90A53B4A-72A2-4D0C-903B-0501F0794771.jpg

If you want output comparisons, check out this thread with some experiences from people from a bunch of different brands and styles.

If you are looking for a specific kit I can't help with that :notsure:

Do you have the link to a thread with comparisons?

Baja designs lower light bar kit. I’m sure their pods are legit also. Bang for the buck check out the diode dynamics.

Baja Designs or Black Oak (less-expensive than Baja Designs; veteran-owned; American-made; and has the same warranty as Baja Designs). I have both; I've run BD longer, but BO are worth a look.

I don't recommend any Cali Raised lights except that I love their amber A-pillar lights as chase lights (colour and output fall far short for everything else, IMO).

I can't speak to the switches, never heard anything one way or the other.

Being I do very little offroading, I did not want to invest much in ditch lights so here is what I used:

    1. Harbor freight:

Roadshock 3" LED side lights. Decent quality 2090 lumen lights. $80 + $27 for wiring.

    2. Amazon :

KANGIKX F150 Hood Light Mount Brackets Pillar Pods Mounts $17. Thank you 2020Platinum for the idea!

    3. Factory style switch - ebay about $20

So all in about $150 and it works great!

Got the @Baja Designs grill and lower light bar as well as the fogs. They are pricey but well worth the money! Now I just need to save up for the ditch lights…..FDCF5D22-1E06-4F16-82D7-28144491F619.jpg

Well I was given a set of RC pod lights and 20” light bar. I am not one to pass up free stuff so we will see how they do. Should have time this weekend to mount and wire up the light bar.

I never once assumed it was. Just recognizing a nice truck with our products and letting people know that we have options if interested.

Cali Raised switches look great!! Lights are currently on due to the lights outside the truck are on. They have a yellow wire I did not tie in for a back light. I just wanted the light to be on when the bar/pods are on.
