    Hi,
I have a 2010 4.6L v8 that I’m looking to re-gear to revolution 4.88 gears along with the Eaton e-locker. My question is, the gears have a 27 spline and the e-locker is 32 spline. Is this going to be an issue? If it is, what will I need to have it work together. I’m not set on revolution, prefer, but rather have something that will work together of 4.88 gears with the Eaton.

    thanks,
    Anthony

more than I can list here
The 4.6 uses a unique rear end. It’s similar to a land cruiser but a spacer is different and is unique to a 4.6 tundra. I could be wrong but I don’t think there’s a locker for the 4.6

I got off the phone with Eaton to confirm even though they list it as 2007-current (4.7 L v8), to use part number 14213-1. So it being 32 spline, would I have to get a gear set that’s also 32 spline? Or is there a part I can use that will allow them to work? I see Yukon and Nitro are 32 spline but I’ve heard Nitro has been 50/50 on getting a set that won’t be noisy, and heard good things about revolution gears and their rem polishing.

    Thanks for the reply
