I have an 08 true dual straight pipe 5.7 tundra and am wanting a little more bark to it. Has anyone cut the back 2 cats out and has that changed the sound for you or recommend cutting out all four? I know cutting all four out will throw check engine light.. any fixes for that or take to a tuner and turn off the sensor. Thanks

I’m not running any rear cats. Pretty tame honestly.

Just cutting out the rear cats won’t throw a light.

Sell them, they’re worth a ton of $$. Replace where they were with 2 1/4” tubing.

Don’t ever get rid of front cats if you care about low end torque.
