    Above, is my
    [2005 sr5 Toyota Tundra V6 access cab] [251,855 miles].
I’ve gotten it looked at in my buddies shop, and…
there’s quite a lot going on from just visuals alone!
But, head gasket definitely was about to be affected. On the very small bright side of this situation,
The oil tank wasn’t at all infected.
but somehow there’s custard build up only in the neck of the fill tube…
And rear main seal, is definitely a visible Leak. Seals old and worn.
Coolant was eaten very fast, along with the engine oil from whatever problems were taking place. And f’d it up further…
How should I go about attempting to reverse this and repair?.

    I have replaced so far,
    the pcv valve,
    Thermostat,
Did Oil change and filter change,
    Added correct amount of coolant,
And now I have to carefully clean this custard out before even attempt using it again.
Help in whatever way you can?

One question: Did you overheat the engine any time recently?

If he said that, you need to find a new shop.

I see no signs of that from your pictures.

This is normal for people who drive short trips constantly. The fill tube is the highest point of the crankcase. If the engine doesn't have 10-15 miles to fully warm up, steam remains in the crankcase, and floats up into the top of the fill tube to make this "custard".

I can show you pictures of this on AT LEAST three other people's trucks here.

I don't think that's the rear main seal. When you traced the oil up the back of the engine, where did it lead? RMS leaks aren't common, even on the V6 in these trucks. Valve covers are normally what would cause this.

If coolant is disappearing, it's much more common the radiator is leaking in a not-easy-to-see area.

Water is heavier than oil. When draining the oil, you would've seen water in the oil.

If water is being mixed in the oil, you'd see smoke out of the muffler.
