I have a 2020 TRD SPORT 4X4 CREWMAX WITH PUSH BUTTON START. I am trying to use the OBDII port and jumper wire method Car Care Nut shows to do a transmission service however my OBDII port is missing pin #13 Anyone else have this issue?

What exactly are you trying to do? Do you have a link to the “transmission” service?

Yes . Here is the link. It starts at about 7min 55 sec mark. https://youtu.be/NUAuGmDGntY
I bought a zurich ZR15S that supposedly had bi directional controls, transmission temp readability, ABS BLEED ETC. None of the special functions worked . I figured it was the tool but perhaps this OBDII port has been purposely depinned ???

I went to toyota today do ask about this specific information. The tech sais it's pins 4 and 13 as well. I don't have pin 13 but I have pins 14, 15 and 16.
Pin 4 is CM or body ground, and pin 14 is CANL - Low level CAN bus line. Pin 16 is BATTERY POS. No description of pin #15
Can someone please help me with finding the correct 2 pins to jump for this transmission service?????
