Customer service is so far gone these days

    So when I ordered my Rago dash plate a few weeks ago, I also ordered 2 relay holders. They were not in the box so i emailed them. They replied a day or two later stating that they were in production and would ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Today i received an email stating that the order will not be filled and that they have been discontinued. They sent a code to use on my next order, but since I don't need anything, I emailed back to ask if they are processing a refund. Now i have to figure out how i want to fab something to mount them. SMDH.
