Swapping 01 2uz into 07 2uz

I have an 01 Tundra 4.7 with 160k on it that is succumbing to rust. I have had the truck for 5 years and it had rust issues when I bought it. They have only gotten worse since, needless to say I have learned a lot about watching for and handing rust in that time period. So the body and frame are bad but the engine is perfect, oil looks new after 5K miles and smooth as silk.

I found an 07 2uz (4.7) for sale with a bad engine. Trying to save some money on what is a second vehicle for me, I am thinking of swapping the engine of the 01 to the 07. I know it will probably be underpowered a bit given it’s not the VVTI and bigger chassis but I’m sure it will be ok for my needs.

I’m concerned with complexities to the swap, does anyone know if the mounting would be the same? Wiring? Connection to the transmission (I believe the 07 has a 5 speed trans)? Any other issues the swap might present?
