Love it boys! I'll shoot him a text with some questions and report back what I find out. I hadn't really planned on selling my setup due to more expected effort than probable return ('14 platinum wheels) and my tread life is down to about 20%-30% on well rotated cooper AT3's. My location isn't ideal for making sales either, seems like platinum wheels are a dime a dozen on FB market place for $500 in great shape and mine are in good but used shape with no major dings. You never know though would be worth posting at a great price if I ever get some new wheels to recoup some cost.

Where you located? I have a set of pro wheels with stock rubber only 500 miles on them. Been thinking about selling them

hate to break it to you, but i think he sold them and this guy relisted them....

    https://denver.craigslist.org/wto/d/aurora-tundra-trd-magnetic-grey-wheels/7579882014.html

They are the trail special edition wheels, so OEM "dark gray" (gunmetal), I already text him yesterday about them and havent heard anything yet.

That sure does look correct after looking at the link... There's no way he's getting $1,800 for those is there? I mean they are nice wheels but I'd rather have new pros for that price or a little more with tires...

He hasn't responded to my text either..

both listings at 10k on tires is what gave it away for me, both listings are missing TPMS and are deflated

i agree, no way, but i was thinking he could get probably 800-1000 for the wheels, 400-500 for the tires. i was tempted to buy and split up like that and make and easy 300-500!!

I was thinking the same, only 4 days old on the listing too, I guess you gotta be lightning fast!

@VTYOTER what are you thinking on price? Shoot me a PM I am interested but shipping will likely be $300-$400..

CO is definitely a saturated market, but you'd be surprised. Put them up for $400 incl wheels and tires, and someone who "just wants 20s" may nab them at that great price, ride on the old rubber for a month or two while they save or figure out what tire to purchase. You get some "help" on the new wheels, and get them out of your garage. Thats the way I look at these. So many folks think they have to have the cost of their new wheels and tires covered by the sale of their old ones.

I would be happy to get $400 and not have the platinum wheels on my hands, great idea. I'd like to get a good deal and give somebody else one too, always happy to help a fellow tundra guy out!

Alright gents. These just popped up on FB marketplace. 2017 Trd pro billies, so old versions with 60k mi on them. Per the ad they come with the leaf springs and uca’s (are those even any different/better than non pro?)

asking a grand which seems rich for 60k on them, are they worn out at this mileage? What’s fair for them? Planning to go 6112/5160 route probably late spring early summer but have mild curiosity in these as I’ve read the pro suspensions ride is awesome (maybe that’s just the newer fox version). Let me hear the good bad and ugly!

not a bad deal there at all, I am not as much of a fan of the 2022 style wheels but that would be a sharp setup. I’m also considering scs ray 10’s for some extra cash but the 2021 pros really have my heart as far as looks and offset/fitment go

60k is wore out to me. Maybe if they were the fox ones, but no way $1000 for bils. The uca and leafs are no different (I get a chuckle out of folks selling TRD pro OEM ucas....).

Go 6112/5100 and be happy w your new suspension for the same price as this wore out stuff!

Alright I’m back on another set. Old style TRD pro’s. I really want the new style but this looks like a decent deal if they check out as advertised and aren’t beat up. Filthy in the pics which is worrisome on condition…is this a steal? What would you offer? Or should I just keep waiting for new style pro’s to come up in my area?? :monocle:o_O

    EDIT: asking price is 1k

The wheels were pretty banged up after further investigation and I totally agree on tires. Back to the drawing board. Think I’ll wait for a set of new pros to come up for sale. Impatiently waiting!

There was a set of RW that popped up. Little high, but new center caps, which are discontinued now

Selling mine as soon as I get the new ones. Tires have 35K on them, if you haven’t already found a set. Make an offer.1004F14A-BFE2-48EC-A97C-919CA25AA4AA.jpg
