How would the BD S2 in amber driving combo perform in fog right behind the bottom row of openings in the Pro grille? I'm wanting some amber for the fog that we have been getting lately.

The only BD light I know of that’s street legal is the SAE wide cornering lens if that matters to you.

Ha I knew you would know. How would those perform just behind this grille?

Seems you would want the amber fogs down low, why not swap out a lower set or cover the outer set you have with yellow Lamin-X.
Im running it on my 4Runner and it works great. Just my $.02 worth.

I agree they’d be better down low on the bumper but being from the desert we get fog about 3x/decade so others will probably give you better feedback.

Definitely put them in the RC bumper.

The fogs in the bumper are SAE so I could Lamin-X them easily. I hear that Rigids covers aren't that great.

Did you replace the RC cubes with Rigid?

The driving combo lens is going to glare on fog pretty bad. Wide cornering with amber lenses work pretty good in fog, but you still have to dip them around traffic as they glare quite a bit vs an SAE fog.

I got the Rigids in. One of them was a royal pita.
