    Mornin! Something isn't working right. Just replaced the flame sensor, still no go. Igniter glows but no ignition.

    Oohhh that's cold. I just replaced the same thermostat with a smart one. It was doing some weird stuff with my furnace.

    I have a smart thermostat I haven't installed just yet, I have to also wire up the "add-a-wire" to get it to work. Oddly this thing was goofin up a few days ago, cleaned the flame sensor and seemed to solve it, but it's doing the same thing again. It takes a few tries to finally kick on, by default though I think it tries 3 times then stops to prevent hazard.

    I see you already cleaned the thermocouple, which is my go to when my furnace won't stay lit.

    No codes surprisingly, unless the LED light is not working. I don't suspect the control board is bad since eventually it kicks on. Maybe something with the pressure switch

    I thought that I needed the extra power wires but didn't. So I have one sitting at the house. :rofl:

    Mine was doing a bunch of goofy stuff. House was set to 70 but would only heat to 64. Just seemed like the furnace did its whatever. No fault codes on the circuit board.

    Changing out the thermostat fixed my issues....thankfully that was it.
