Anyone in here from Ohio?

Do you know of local places that do underbody coating? Fluid film or wool wax type stuff?

 

Started off on here living in Kentucky, but now I live west of Akron/Barberton. I’ll likely only remain a Tundra owner until about noon today, as my new Tacoma has been delivered to the dealer and will be ready for pick up.

I really like the Tundra, as it’s been terrific so far. However, I just don’t need that much truck.

 

Look up “Repair Geek” on YouTube. He does Fluid Film/Woolwax on the side, and is located on the NW side of Akron.

The only place I’ve known to underbody spray was Ziebart. I Fluid Filmed my 2017 Tundra on my back which wasn’t fun.

I bought from Ken Ganley Toyota of Akron. Probably the single best buying experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership.

Sadly, yes. I grew up here, but we moved to Northern Kentucky for 15 years or so. Loved it there. Less taxes, better economy, no where near the snow. Unfortunately, we moved back about a year and a half ago now, so my wife could help care for her aging parents. I can’t imagine staying here much beyond the time those needs are taken care of. It’s just nowhere near what it used to be, and likely won’t ever be again.

My wife is in the market for a new Sienna or Highlander and Ganley has reached out. Ganley and Summit are the only Toyota dealers that on the KBB auto appraisal. Unfortunately no vehicles available.

Just cleared the parking brake recall and waiting for a truck to get it to the dealer. I'm hoping like hell I don't have the same wait as you, I've seen you around the forums!

Ya I hope not for your sake!
But if you want to see if your truck is on the carrier from Lordstown to the dealer just look up Cassenstransport.com
You will need your dealer vendor number and your truck Vin# I googled the Toyota Dealership vendor# in order to find Westside Toyota’s dealer # is 34135 when you go to Cassens website plug in dealer # and your new trucks vin# and it will let you know if it’s on their list to be loaded up for delivery.

I found out before my dealership knew.
