This doesn't say whether they fit AC or DC. Do they fit both? 90-221HD.

    I have a 2004 DC.

Anyone have experience with these from ATS?

I am currently running these on my 2003 AC 2WD and can confirm they fit. Ride is definitely more firm but not harsh in any way. With a sleeping platform and camper shell, the truck rides great.

Just got confirmation from ATS that the HD springs fit both cabs.

$200 seems cheap for both packs. Anyone running these?

And several people on here have used ATS or General Spring, which make identical products

I bought these in Feb 2021. Have them on a 2006DC SR-5 4x4 with Leer shell. Probably 1 1/2 to 2 inch lift. Ride is a stiffer but not harsh at all.

Ordered two days ago, they shipped yesterday, springs arrived today (I'm in Pittsburgh PA).

    I'll update once installed.

Sorry I did get them installed. Haven't hauled anything heavy yet but they are beefy. They are stiffer but not too stiff.

I also just installed new 5100s with Dobinsons and JBA UCAs. LBJs are new OEM.

How did the install go? Did you reuse your rear shackles?

I have the exact same order on it's way for my truck. I bought 1" longer u-bolts to be safe and could always cut them shorter.

Install was easy as I had the bed off to install a flatbed. Reused shackles, replaced u bolts with recommended kit from ATS. Everything else was reused except one leaf spring eye bolt that broke inside the spring.

Sometimes getting the leafs out of the shackle can be a pain. Get a big pry bar or a bottle jack. Mine were really stuck on the front.

302 front springs? Doesn’t look like a ton of lift. I like the flat bed!

Curious for people running these HD’s with 5100’s and 2885 front coils…… do you still Maintain factory rake just lifted? I’ve been working with a shop about my 5100’s and I told them the rear leafs would be roughly 1.5-2” lift and he was like, well if it’s two inch your rear shock could run a little short. They do have a rear shock that would work but he was adamant that if the HD leafs lifted the rear 2” that the rear 5100 shocks would be a touch short.

I guess I’m curious since the 5100’s up front with 2885 coils would give me a roughly 1.75” lift up front what will this do to my rake.

Does anyone have the set up I’m looking at getting? If so what is your rake looking like? I’d like to maintain some rake and DO NOT want to level the truck. I will be loading my bed and would only want it level once loaded, not empty!

    cheers

I have that exact setup: ATS HD leafs with 5100s/2885 in front. However- I am an AC so the front lift may be different.

With my camper (approx. 300 lbs) I sit at a slight rake. Fully loaded with camping gear/etc. I sit just about level.

Since yours is a DC, you probably will have slightly more rake than me unloaded.

you might be right. I haven’t been able to confirm but from what I’ve read you’re probably right.

would you mind sharing a picture of your truck? I’d be curious to see how it stands. To avoid the question later if you do show a picture. What size tires are you running?

I have 5100 rear shocks with ATS HD springs. The model of 5100 I have allows for 0-1" of lift, and Toytec told me it'd be fine with my ATS springs. I haven't had issues yet. I'm running Toytec Aluma 2.0 up front. But my lift info wont help, you're in a DC.

I didn't have the coils you speak of, but did have 6125 up front. My ATS HD in rear (with 5100s) had my 05' DC w/cab high snugtup settle at + 1.5" lift.
