2000 tundra sr5 4wd

Hey all...i have a 2000 Tundra, my wiring from the truck has
white
black
red
2 wires that are green yelow
2 wires that are green yellow
2 wires that are green black
They were burnt, non working.
My harness to the boat reads
White =ground
Brown =park/tail
red=brake
green =right turn
I called the harness manufacture and they were no help. Hope that someone else has been down this road
