Anyone know what this is for!?

So yesterday I removed my bumper to work on a lightbar install. Before I began I noted the plug below just dangling just behind the grill and not attached to anything. Any ideas? I have a 2022 platinum hybrid.

 

I guess I should add there are no codes thrown and I don’t believe anything is not working as it should…

 

Does your truck have the front spoiler that drops down? If you don’t have it that may be the plug that activates it

The Air Dam/Spoiler connector on my Limited is part of the wire harness on the front clip (also know as front bumper/grill/mustache). I don't see the connect you refer to on my truck, then again, mine is non-hybrid and I don't have the 2 big cooling fans like your hybrid does.

 

Yes, it does. But that is no where near where that is. This is higher up on the grill.

 

Interesting. I just can’t even see anywhere where this would plug in.

That is an interesting thought. Maybe I’ll try to find that part number and see if it’s on it. It is in the perfect position where the TRD Pro lightbar is.
