Does anyone here know what the limitations are with the warranty if you put on larger tires? Does Toyota limit how large you can go under the factory warranty - follow up question is do you have to buy the tires through Toyota to maintain that and last question would be, are they able to reprogram the speedometer to accommodate the larger tires.

Toyota would be able to deny warranty on any components that are subject to additional stress directly or indirectly by increasing tire size outside of OEM spec for your model of truck. That being said it typically comes down to your service advisor and if Toyota field engineers get involved, it's pretty rare that drivetrain component claims are outright denied because of larger tires (within 5-10% of OEM size), but it is always a possibility.
