I"m looking at leveling my 2010 truck out and my neighbor did the rough country 2 inch leveling kit. I was looking at the Bilstein 5100's. Thoughts on each? One better than the other and if so, why?

    Too many, but not enough....
Covered many times. If your truck is a mall crawler the spacer will work fine, ride might suffer. If you offroad or tow or haul go with the billys

I have bilsteins and they are worth the extra money mall crawler or not. Plus you get a better ride and way less likely to encounter problems.

Same problems a woman in stilettos would encounter running on dirt.

It's well covered in another thread but the general gist is lower ride quality and higher chance of suspension or driveline failure.

Sorry, not tracking issues with the rough country lift and too lazy to read through multiple pages of opinions. Any real imperial truth by real users who've installed, used and have feedback?

My Rough Country lift (870) works fine, gave the desired results as to leveling truck and caused NO change in my ride.

Awesome. Thank you for the pic. Assuming you just did this to the front and nothing changed on the rear, right?

The only thing done was the RC lift up font and an alignment. Everyting else same as factory! Happy camper
As a side note my buddy who went with the 5100 shocks is NOT a Happy Camper!!
