I was going to install some aftermarket seat heaters/warmers to the driver's and passenger's seats in my 2018 SR5. I was talking to a vendor that was going to install them. He had mentioned that I should find out if I am able to disconnect the battery for longer than 1 hour. He was a little concerned that it the battery is disconnected for longer than an hour I may need to reprogram my key.

    Appreciate any feedback. Thanks

A few... Definitely more than 2
Never heard of this being an issue. I have had my battery disconnected for days at a time and the remote always works.

Nope. Installed seat heaters and had battery unplugged the entire day during install. You should be fine

I see you're in Southern NH. If you don't mind me asking, can you PM me the vendors info? I'd love to get this done too and I'm probably not too far from that same shop.
