Intermittent P0101 code

Hey guys, im having a bit of difficulty with the fule trims on my 08 5.7 tundra. The long term fule trim wants to stay about +11-12% but my short term fule trim usually hovers around -.08-+3.3 on both banks at idle. My idle is around 700rpm and I don't feel any rough idle or hesitation. The maf reading at idle is about 4.7-4.9gpm.

Things I've done:
Cleaned MAf
Replaced MAF
Cleaned the new MAF
Cleaned throttle plate
Replaced air filter
Checked for vaccume leaks(cigar smoke test)
Checked the intake tube for damage
Used techron fule injector cleaner

Honestly I'm to my whits end and am about to throw my hands up and take it to the shop. Before that I wanted to see if anyone has had a similar issue. I have a standard intake with a standard denso non oiled filter. All stock, thanks for the assist!

 

I probably should have mentioned this as well. So for some odd reason, the coded doesn't set constantly. If you clear it, sometimes it is right back at pending while other times you clear it and it may not be back for a week. The lean condition is still present, just the code is sometimes not set.
