Good morning and welcome to the forum.

Not looking to be rude, but the search function is going to yield you a ton of results, with almost all providing links to YouTube videos as well as factory instructions.

Lots do it and there are differing opinions on how: just measuring what comes out and replacing exactly that much vs following the process by checking level within specific temps.

The threads will also talk about which fluid to use (or not) as well as how best to get the fluid in the fill hole, and sound advice about always cracking the plugs from the highest point first and working your way down so you know you can always add fluid once it's drained.

Somewhere in them, you might hear about a transmission cooler and the human meat project, both of which are interesting topics.

    Cheers

Most here do. Drain and fill with exact amount that came out. For added piece of mind you can find the level check process-there are a couple-and make sure it's at correct level. Most use and recommend-me included, OEM fluid.
