after putting on a new tensioner pully and replaced serpentine belt it is chirping pretty good not sure what it is? after spraying the ribbed side of the belt with water the sound completely goes away for a few seconds so figuring it's not pully bearings. I'm starting to think it's the new belt itself but I'm not too sure!

What brand of pulley and belt did you purchase/install? How many miles on the original pulley and belt?

From what I can gather from the net, the OEM pulley and belt are made by Dayco for Toyota.

Did you install belt in correct position as depicted below?

If you used any aftermarket parts, start there.

I believe OEM is Dayco idler pulley and tensioner with a Gates belt.
