That's not a Track Club Member coupon.

He made a failed attempt to defend their pricing, while at the same time, saying HF jacks suck and that HF’s independent testing was bogus because Pro Eagle didn’t have any independent testing.
He basically made himself look like a tool/child.

 

That makes sense. I haven't been into HF in quite a while so I have no idea.

 

The way I read it is that the 1 day sale on Thursday has the limit. No limit applied for the 4 day sale...right?

Agree, their responses to customers/potential customers are very unprofessional.

 

Not uncommon when you're the biggest fish in the pond. Look at Verizon. It eventually catches up. Look at Verizon again.

 

well, they were the only fish in the pond, now entering HF, they are a much larger fish than Pro Eagle.

 

I have the extension on my HF regular & the new bigwheel, love them both!

 

As a ProEagle owner, I'd buy an HF jack to make rotations faster and keep it as my garage jack.

 

The more I read the fine print on this, the more I realize it's worthless lol

 

So I stopped by HF to see if I could pre order the new jack and use the coupon.
The cashier said she would see what happened and if it worked, she would let it go.
Unfortunately when she scanned the coupon, the computer would not allow the 25% to taken off.
Oh well, it was worth a shot.
Maybe I will get the cross beam with the coupon.
Winches are not excluded so if anyone needs a winch, this is a good time to get one.

HF will exclude it from coupons for a few months.

Still a good deal either way.

The specific item was not excluded. It was the "Jack" Exclusion that didn't allow it to work.
Last week I was able to use the 20% off coupon with no issues.

 

I'd have def waited to get the winch but another 5% off isn't gonna make me cry

 

As mentioned previously, some managers will work past the “jack” exclusion.
I was able to use the 25% off on my long reach Daytona Jack, but not on the off-road Jack.
