Hey guys, I need some help. I've got a 15 Tundra Crewmax 5.7. I just noticed this afternoon that the heater is only blowing warm air and only on the drivers side the Pax side is blowing cool, on all settings. Its cool, no cold but not warm. With it starting to get cold here mommas not happy with cold toes.

Pic just because everyone loves a clean shiny Tundra.

Sounds like it could be a blend door actuator to me. Is your truck coming up to temperature? How’s the coolant level?

The coolant is full and was changed about 25k miles ago. Yes it's coming up to operating temperature just fine. After doing some checking I think it's the blend door like you said. I'll look at it this afternoon and get a better idea what it is.

Blend door failure. Or one of the actuators on the HVAC system. Sucks had mine replaced last Nov. have to remove the dash. No easy fix. $$$.

I hope for you it is something they can get to without taking the dash apart. My feet air was non-existant. The floor of the truck would heat up when driving for 16-18 hours straight and I couldn't direct any airflow from the HVAC to the feet. Snapped blend door shaft...

This was the evening before we were supposed to leave on a trip at noon the following day.

This is what it looks like. I was getting cold on driver side hot on other. The part to left is an actuator.
