Forgive my stupid question…. Hopefully someone can answer this easily

I have a 2018 CM SR5 with bench seat and am in need of advice on how to wire up a clazzio seat heater the best way. I’ve read the threads on here and still have questions. I’m using the 2 in one switch on the right side of the steering wheel in an open switch slot.

I’ve seen many people using the power outlets- prefer not to do this as I have other items regularly in them and don’t want to overload the circuit.

I’ve also seen many people using the add a fuse in the kick panel fuse box, unfortunately the 2018 doesn’t have this fuse.

So… My plan is to wire to the fuse box- I’ve run wire through the firewall, but where’s the best place to wire on the fuse box?

Also- I found the wiring diagrams on here, but I appear to be reading them wrong. Just need to know what wire to tap for the “accessory on” and illumination wire. Preferably in the kick panel. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Search clazzio in upper right, there are some good threads with details and pics of such an install. Also do a search for Katzkin, similar theads with lots of good details.
