What do you recommend for oil brand and oil filter brand? I was thinking of using Mobil 1 and an OEM filter. I put a lot of miles on my truck for work more highway than city miles but it’s got 162,000 miles. Was thinking of using the high mileage formula.

get valvoline maxlife synthetic blend, pickup the right viscosity that your oil fill cap states, and I like to get the OEM filter although it really doesn't matter

you can run about 5k miles between changes, but I wouldn't go any farther than that if you can help it
