I just had my tundra delivered from Texas to Arizona last Tuesday. I gave it my first home wash yesterday and I noticed that the plastic housing area for the rear camera and lights is cracked. I'm not sure when or why it cracked.

Is this covered under warranty? Is it safe to drive it in rain? The truck is garaged but I'm not sure of the time to get a replacement part delivered and fixed.

    Thanks y'all!

Sorry that happened. I'd tell the dealer it has to have come that way and they need to fix it.

I work in Lexus Service dept. Looks like something hit it to me. Typically no its's not covered (outside influence), but the dealer might try to get it covered under goodwill for you.

While we believe you and think that you should reach out to your dealer right away and ask for replacement since you just got this and just noticed, consider this:
When I bought my 22 I drove out of the dealership and less then a mile later, while getting on a highway, got hit with not one but two rocks! Within 5 minutes of calling this thing my own I had 2 nice scratches on the sunroof.
.....I felt like I wanted to drive back and say "I don't want this toy anymore, it's broken!"
    LoL
I guess I could have driven back, lied that "it came like this" and demand repair/replacement.

    My point here is:
While it will be nice if your dealership replaces it for you, don't be upset if they don't.....one example as to why above.
