Got them today so I’m not 100 sure on that yet. The way it works though is the brightness is high/low/flash (so you think). The high is actually medium and you have to hold it down for a sec to get high brightness. The medium is plenty bright and lit up my completely dark bedroom. Another seller page of the same item said 4 hours or use but doesn’t specify which brightness level.

Got another one. Picked up the HikeIt on Black Friday thanks to recommendation from @Black Wolf . Been wanting to get that high sensitivity in the gas pedal from my 2012 in my 2016. Got the HikeIt XS for 40% off. What a deal. Came in today, hooked it up.. wowwww. Wowww this thing is crazy! Put it in sport mode (mid) and instantly got the sensitive pedal and subtle “lunge” feeling. Brought smiles to my face. About a mile to, pulled off and put it in Launch mode.. and that shit was crazy! Huge fast take off! Then leaving lowes I threw it in LAUNCH mode, factory tow/haul mode and turned off the traction control and smoked the tires. Peeled and Squealed up the road like I was in a sports car. Total rocket ship!! For $140! Everyone should have this thing!!! Like don’t sleep! Buy this! It’s insane! If you like stupid acceleration, buy it. Aahahaha I can’t stop laughing when I’m driving now. Constant smiles. It’s so fun. The Black Friday code is still working!

I didn't believe a throttle controller would make a difference, like really?
Then someone I knew picked one up and swore by it. So I finally got one.

100% agree with you. Drastically changed the feel of driving and can make it much more entertaining! Glad you are enjoying yours and got it at a nice discount!!

I know that was my exact reaction to them. “Like really? Does it actually makes a difference?” Welp, after much debate and strong suggestions, I am super happy with the purchase! For $150ish you can’t go wrong. It’s so worth it and so fun and for anyone else still on the fence or think it’s just make believe (like it did) just give it a try. You can always return it for a full refund.

Definitely not the same as Tow/Haul. Light-years beyond depending on HikeIt setting.

I get a kick outta the people who say it's the same thing!...lol...similar, maybe...but not even close to the same imo (I have the pedal commander, not the HikeIt)

I haven't timed it but you definitely get off the line quicker so I'd assume your 0 to 60 would be faster.
I used to hate how slow the truck was off the line, definitely didn't feel like a powerful V8. With these throttle controllers, you can break the back tires free  for daily use, I found my happy medium. More responsive than stock but not leaving rubber at each take off.

I would absolutely have to think so. I eased in like I said.. sport (medium), then launch (high) then combined - launch/factory tow/haul/ and turned off traction control and it’s insane. It’s faster in every way but from a dead stop it’s most noticeable.. it throws my dogs around the truck. Tap the gas from a stop and your heads going back. Floor it from a dead stop and you’re squealing up the road like a sports car. Well worth the price.

I have a son who loves Cheetos...and touching my door as many times as possible before getting in truck...lol...so I added these to keep his cheese prints off the door...does he always use em, of course not...but it has at least cut down on the prints!

Pulled the running boards too. Much better. Kids may quit calling my truck a “grampa truck with a grampa campa” on it.

I was just thinking how i'd just use the door handle to push close.

I also have an 8 month old so you're giving me a glimpse into the future of small little food prints everywhere...

Really like these for the back seat area. I have some up front, but would be nice for the kiddos in the rear. Mind sharing a link to what you got?
