Need help tracking down replacement grille guard brackets

Found a grille guard for cheap in my area ($100) and had to jump on it. Only problem is that it doesn't come with mounting brackets and the owner wasn't sure what brand the manufacturer was (I know it's dumb, but for 100 I'm willing to give it a go). Been trying to track down a mounting kit but haven't had much success finding a matching bolt pattern.

Pictures attached are the actual guard I have, plus a pic from install instructions from Westin (already tried purchasing this one, and the bolt pattern IRL is very different, which is lame)

Anybody have a guard with a similar bolt pattern? It'd really help me track down the proper mounting hardware. Mucho thanks in advance.
