    I’ve got 2.5 leveling kit, running a 0mm offset (20x10) wheel vs. the stock 60mm. I have no problem trimming any but the frame. I’m not looking for guesses just wondering if anyone know the exact answer. Probably going with a BFG KO2. Thanks for looking!

    My guess is OEM 275/55-20 with a 10” wide 0-mm offset and no BMC. Everything about that wheel choice is working against you. You’ll 100% need to massage some plastic parts around.

    If you’re willing to look into a BMC, you’re in a whole nuther ballgame.

    BMC?

    I like the wheels that are on it. They were on it when I purchased it used. Like you said the wheel may be working against me??

    BMC = Body Mount Chop

    might spend some time browsing this section - lots of tires and wheels info
    https://www.tundras.com/forums/2-5-gen-tundras-2014-2021.27/

    of course, if you’ve added a 2.5” lift on top of the factory TRD Pro suspension, then you’re more in the ballpark of 4-5” total lift and that changes things. There’s also factors like whether you changed your UCAs to accommodate that much lift. Not knowing exactly what your wheels are, you may not get many hits - not every “20x10 - 0 offset” is gonna be the same, just like not every 295/70R18 is actually the same regarding clearance and actual size.

    in that case, you might want to start with this stickied thread

    BMC = body mount chop... cutting the corner off the frame.

    Anyway, back to your original post; there is no black and white answer. Tundras are not made identical, or square. They vary truck to truck, so nearly identical mods between trucks can yield different results.

    I run a 3/1 level with 0 offset wheel and 295/60r20 tires (roughly 34" X 12"). No BMC required. Added a front bumper spacer and pulled the front flaps.

    Nice looking truck!

    You don't rub with those 0 offsets, even at full lock? Gotta be real close if it doesn't with the tires poked that far out. You're a solid 3/4" further out than most folks run (+18mm or greater) and with a tire that ain't exactly narrow, to boot!

    I got the wheels/tires put on at the same time as the 3/1 lift, nothing else, and it rubbed hard. Removed all the front mud flaps and it still rubbed on the front bumper inner plastic but not as bad. I took a heat gun and pushed the plastic forward and that helped a lot but still rubbed in reverse. I then decided to add .5" front bumper spacers and that made all the difference. I should have just added the bumper spacers in the first place. Since then I've only heard it rub one time and that was at full lock in reverse going up a pretty steep incline. So I'd say its 99% rub free. And I'm not even close the the BM.
