It’s still cheaper than the “ other” guys exhaust and you get tailpipes!

if it comes with tail pipes, not bad at all, about 1/2 price of new

Do you get the option to exchange it for something louder or quieter if you buy a used, or new, TRD exhaust?
You do with the 'other' guy.

You can also catch a @dirtydeeds system when he has a sale and get a decent deal..

@tdm850 read up on the alleged helicopter drone of the TRD duals before you buy one.
    It's certainly a deal for $600.

There's gotta be a reason your seller is selling it..
Maybe he bought one of the 'other' guy's systems..

Maybe you can meet up with someone local to you and take a ride in theirs before buying..

What do you think? Is it a deal for you or not? Who cares what the keyboard warriors think.

Here’s a clip of mine just cause I have it on hand. Sounds best under load, but sounds pretty good just revving it up as well IMO.

Half price (if it’s the whole kit) seems fair depending on the condition. Like @omgboost said, if it’s a deal to you then go for it. Get what you want and spend what you’re comfortable with.

more than I can list here
If you don’t plan to run long tube headers you’re better off with a single exhaust with flow thru style muffler.

dual exhaust makes you lose low end torque which makes you step on the gas pedal harder. Steeper throttle angle means the torque converter doesn’t lock up as much and 6th gear is used less.

the result of the above is a slightly more sluggish truck. If buying an exhaust, why jot also gain HP and low end torque?

please feel free to give a call with any questions.

I just bought one today, so this question will likely apply to the OP...as far as addition parts needed for install, is it just:

    1. TRD exhaust hardware kit lest side pipe (PTR03-34103)
    2. TRD performance exhaust gasket and nuts/bolts (PTR03-34104)

Any help is appreciated, I looked through the site and couldn't verify the necessary parts.
