I have a 2023 crew max, 4x4 TRD sport. I’m hoping to pull my 3000 lb cargo trailer with roughly 4000 lbs of cargo and my 24 foot fiberglass cabin cruiser w trailer at 7000 lbs. trial run at 70 mph, more acceleration than 06 F350, but when cars go around me I feel the sway, worse with Semi trucks. Toyota service advisor says add air bags, but I know that will only raise the rear. It really isn’t squaring but an inch or two. What about load leveling hitch, would that be a better solution, is there anything I can do to decrease sway on the highway? I will be pulling weekly about 200 miles

Not sure about the 22/23, but for 2nd Gen Toyota says to have a WD hitch for anything over 5000 lbs. I’d try that first as most come with some sort of sway control.

Airbags don’t necessarily add lift, it depends on how much psi you have them at. I can raise or lower my rear by about 2-3” just by airing up or down the airbags.

Ditto the WDH, that will be beneficial with the weight/load you are towing and wont hurt the unloaded ride and handling like airbags.
