Some sparculators and go-go juice and she’ll be good to go. Don’t forget a cold snack.

I tried googling VGG but that didn't get me any closer to figuring out what you're talking about... :notsure:

My googling must be superior, as it lead to Vise Grip Garage, but all I found on the website was a bunch of merchandise and already sold vehicles “for sale”. Maybe it’s a TV show? Or Yootoob channel?

Yootoob channel. This year he got his own show on the Motortrend channel, "Roadworthy Rescues", but I prefer his Yootoob channel episodes.

Derek seems like a good guy, and a good dad - and one hell of a mechanic! The restoration of the ‘70 Caddie was impressive.

That Camper Special is a good one too. He does a 5 or 6 episode trip along part of Route 66 with one of his sons - doing minor upgrades along the way.

His youngest son has a "Little Grips Garage" channel in which Derek does the camera work and helps out when needed, but he fixes up go carts and mini-bikes like his dad does. It's kinda neat.

Most of the VGG episodes are similar, but I enjoy them. The one where he buys a Ford Model A sight unseen and drives it 700 miles to get back home I found really interesting.

My favorite video is still the really early one where he fixes his wife's wrecked car with zipties and a trailer hitch.

My fav is when he gets frustrated and says "Help me understand". Its my goto phrase instead of a slurry of curse words. Easier on the neighbors ears.

I'll have to go back and find that one!

I am curious though... how does a man taste that much skunky oil and not die? Or at least get really sick? I can't imagine that is in any way good for a feller's innards.
