Rear cross traffic and bsm " unavailable"..

I have a 2019 Tundra Pro. Anyone know of problems with BSM and rear cross traffic indicator issues on a major scale that would call for a recall? Just checking..

 

I would check the wire harness connections before throwing money at it. Mine has issues that come and go. Seems to be more related to how dirty the truck underbody is, but that is just a guess. When it shuts down, I leave it off for a bit and toggle it on and off until it resets. Ir might do this annoying thing for a week or so, then resets and works fine for a month. I can’t help you more than that. Harness has a lot of connections. I replaced a damaged rear section once… fixed the problem. I love that BSM and hate when it goes out.

 

Unless you’re from Canada (or your truck was), the TRD Pro doesn’t come with BSM / RCTA
